OK, here is a side by side comparison of the smithsonion as you have posted and the photo that is in this thread.

Can you point out to me the number of the spires on the Smithsonian building that would equal the number of spires in the other photo which appears to be photoshopped from some Russian photo............?

In fact, the tops of the Smithsonian don't even come close to the tops of the buildings in the background of the other picture.......
