It’s truly a pity when a smart person goes clinically insane. I knew one such who had been a brilliant biochemist, and still could talk very intelligently on his subject for maybe ten or twenty minutes, then suddenly lapse into talking to the rocks he carried in a sling bag. He knew they had come from meteorites, so carried with them an alien intelligence that he could converse with.

Paranoids are often very interesting and entertaining to talk to. They are very quick witted and create some elaborate theories to explain both the threat to themselves, personally, but importantly, the threat “to us all”.

And, sadly enough, there is enough real villainy in the world to lend credence to their far flung notions. So how do you distinguish between paranoid delusion and real villainy?

Real villainy is of two kinds. Either highly focused with a direct objective, say robbing a bank; or ideological and idealistic, that is anything but focused. Only the former can be a hidden threat, because it must have a limited number of participants, and its objective must be somewhat simple.

The ideological and idealistic threat is like Obamacare. Blunt, crude, naive, incapable, bloated, wasteful, and most of all, obvious. Most of us are used to such crapola, it being a permanent fixture of the Democrat party. And yes, they can get away with it for a while, but it never really accomplishes their goals and obviously doesn’t work.

So what would a tainted vaccine accomplish?

Well, first of all, the people who would do that despise their fellow man, but not evenly. They truly despise those they consider undermensch, or ignorant peasants. So they would give them the bad vaccine first. It’s called “racism”, and liberals embrace it.

While they hate us, it is far more difficult to give us a bad vaccine than it would be for their own followers to get the bad vaccine. And the villains wouldn’t want that. So there would need to be a way to distinguish between the two: conservatives in the right line, liberals in the left line. The liberals just get a shot of saline.

Next to impossible to pull off. The liberals would probably freak out even more than the conservatives, and demand a shot from the conservative side as well.

The swineflu vaccine has been slapped together with all the care of Obama’s health plan—I will have no part of either.
