It would be a shame if Zer0bonehead and his similarly tainted acolytes decide to make this a black-vs-white issue, as the article linked here seems to imply. What a gross irony and horrible legacy for the first black American President, elected as the "great uniter"... supposedly our first "post-racial" Commander in Chief... were it to turn out that he's actually nothing more than a race-baiting divider spoiling for a fight with white-capitalist America.

I was about to write "nothing more and nothing less" but that would have been a redundancy and consequently a malaprop; there is nothing less than a race-baiting divider; it's as low a form of human life as one can descend to, right down there with the kind of soul-less human filth who would aid and abet a ring of criminals planning to smuggle kidnapped children into America to feed the flesh-eating jaws of the SEX SLAVE TRADE.

When such rank fraud and vile criminality is exposed, and the response of the (Obama and ACORN supporting) State's Prosecutor is that she may just have to prosecute the whistleblowers who had the guts to expose the corrupt misuse of BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF TAXPAYER MONEY, then there may just be real conflict brewing. I'll bet that more than a few righteously indignant and justifiably pissed-off American Patriots would be willing to fight this kind of openly criminal crap in America. In fact, by latest estimate, there're over eighty million (80,000,000+) of 'em. Patriotic Americans who agree with the whole "protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic..." including the 2nd Amendment. There is arguably no greater fight in all of human history, in all of the world.

Not polite, sign waving political discourse, but straight up, 100% pure, good-vs-evil, black and white, in your face, time to stand up for what good is left in this stinking cesspool the Liberals have made of America.

I have a distinct feeling that the Lib side should consider carefully their next moves here. Far more hangs in the balance than they know, and their opponents are the ones who actively believe in and practice the Constitution... all of it. They would be clearly picking a fight they simply and demonstrably cannot win. We all know how shamefully under-educated and truly stupid they are. Unanswered, however, remains the question; "Could they really be that stupid?!"

I say, let's do see, shall we? Simply top viewing, mate!

IMO prosecuting the Acorn office worker is useless. Prosecute the people who run Acorn and anyone with ties to it. Especially one of their ex-lawyers.

Since the response from Acorn workers in two different states was similar, it's imperative to ask "Who is training these people and is there official institution-wide encouragement to break the laws and game the system in service to the organization?"

Good to know that it's illegal to videotape anyone without their explicit consent in Maryland.

So, there are no illegal surveillance cameras at any, oh, I don't know, let's say... banks in Maryland, right? 7-11's or Cumberland Farms? Gas stations? Traffic cams? At toll booths? No casino's with illegal "eye-in-the-sky" watchdog vid? And certainly no police cruisers with video camera's mounted in their cruisers, illegally taping the public wihout prior explicit consent, right?

Would I ever love to litigate this one...

Perhaps it is legal to tape people with the explicit purpose of crime prevention/detection? Hmmm....

It seems to me there is several advantages in prosecuting the Acorn employees in both Maryland and in Washington DC. I stipulate that there is little likelihood that you will find a prosecutor in Maryland interested in pursuing justice against Acorn.

But there is the likelihood that federal as well as state crimes have been violated by these employees, even in Maryland. They are after all, counseling people how to evade federal income taxes and secure federal mortgage guarantees from banks which are federally regulated.

The advantage in prosecuting these people is twofold: 1) you work your way up the food chain to get the biggies at the top of criminal enterprise. 2) you lay the groundwork for a criminal or civil RICO action which could put Acorn entirely out of business as Morris Dees did to the Ku Klux Klan.

The problems are there is almost no likelihood of finding a federal prosecutor who wants to do justice under this administration and even if Acorn is put out of business there are so many amoeba like associated entities ready to step up to the trough and get federal grants that it is almost impossible to keep track of them. One thing is pretty sure, eventually the path leads to George Soros.

I'm sure that they would prosecute a "60 Minutes" team making conservatives look bad just as enthusiastically as they want to prosecute these journalists. No bias here.

I have another video of her, and I have sent it to Glenn and Stu about 7 hours ago.

If she goes the nuclear option like they are threatening, against those two undercover citizen-reporters blowing the ACORN scam wide open, then this (other) video I found is going to be most enjoyable to see, and this State Attorney Patricia Jessamy is going to be most embarrassed. I am not going to post the link here yet until it has made the rounds and been adequately archived and is fully out there so they cannot scrub it.

Good post. This is a blatant example of government corruption and organized crime. The opposition is well funded and well connected (the White House).

It is our freedom we are fighting for. While we pursue in vain some prosecutor to fight this fight they continue their theft.

We cannot accept this response for the reasons you stated. This prosecutor needs to be removed from office immediately.

We should, can and will make an example of HER, and--regardless of the close popular vote in 2008 putting that numbskull Obama and his goons in office--the irrefutable inadvisability in 2009 of opposing or going after The People.

They’re actually only addressing the *audio* portion because that is ALL the law applies to and since none of this was done “by interception” or by “wiretapping a phone”, they’re gonna have bend the wiretapping law so hard they’ll break it to successfully prosecute them.

Every time you enter a Wal*Mart, everything you do or say is being recorded.
[I knew someone who worked the security room]

Let’s all file suit against Wally World for wiretapping us.

Save personal copies of it all from YouTube because it’ll be “vanished” soon enough.

The only thing they are “good” at is emotionaly crushing their own gonads along with others, spreading that hypnotic selective focus on “being offended” for little things as opposed to the bottom line. They are a “panic party”.

War, no war, proWar, antiWar, I’m starting to realize they have decided to not be worried about any of these issues but to claim them so as to politicaly get by for a biscuit. They are leeches and their pimpin’ humanist martyr drama act is all they got, and they cling to it so long it works for them.
