I still can’t upgrade to SP1. Every time it downloads, it crashes. Sony of no help. (I have a VAIO VGC-LT15E)

I’ve got TimeWarner cable, in So.Cal.
Yahoo, Google, AOL, & Bing, among other sites, aren’t available.
