I just got off the phone with an ACORN insider who provided some much needed perspective on this video. First, here again is the video the whole news world is talking about.

the media is not monolithic. It’s all over the internet. It’s all over Fox news. Talk radio is covering this. There’s plenty of media coverage. I frankly could care less if the New York Times covers this because there’s plenty of media coverage.
I understood the article..I didn’t understand why the article was necessary...it was like a piece on the guilt of Ded Kennedy...we know, we know...the pimps, whores and dope dealers in ACORN learned about “cross selling” and concealing the truth real young...
I thought Beck has something on BO’s records. I’m disappointed as the build up was big.
Those ACORN employees have their salaries, their rent and their expenses paid for with taxpayer dollars. This story doesn’t get into the drug dealing and other things the the ACORN people are involved in.
People need to read the full article. There is a LOT more here than ACORN promoting simple criminal activity. See post #23. It exposes how the organization is one gigantic fraud network for your tax dollars to be used for leftist ‘activism’.
Of course the former is bad...but the latter is how they get away with it.

Then, I’ll look in all the other threads about these videos and I’m sure I’ll find people pointing out that by the way this person is working for all three acorn all at once. I’ll go check.
If you don’t see that pointing out facts that no one else is reporting is important then that’s your business. It’s important to know that this lady was working for three acorn affiliates all at once.

Compared to the 2 minutes that Hannity/FOX will show tonight, of the full 9:51 minutes of the video, I would say this video does provide context or clarity, thank you very much.
Of course, it’s context and frankly this is nit picking. If someone is working for three organization at once and not disclosing it while committing other crimes, that is context.
I am really not sure why there is all this criticism. It’s like someone made fun of someone’s mother.

I don't think you understand the word context.
Context doesn't necessarily place a fact or idea in a better light, just a more complete light. The context can make the original point more damning or less damning.
It's value neutral. In this case, the context provides additional incriminating evidence against ACORN.
Read the article, the perspective makes it worse for ACORN and puts in context just how duplicitous they are
