Heard him on the radio today. This is apparently his big shocker that would change everything. The people who might be going to jail are a couple of nobodies.

Yeah, and he has MUCH more on his show tonight. Supposedly the ACORN folks asked the “prostitute” to steer some of her earnings to campaign funds. Can’t wait to hear more on that...

But it's the "nobodies" who face prison time, who may just start singing like crazy to get a deal.

Not about them, but about what and who they know and then what and who those people know.

I cannot believe that the ACORN workers fell for this. There are two articulate individuals who probably have college degrees pretending that they are going to be running a prostitution ring. They have no “street smarts” and keep using terms no real pimp would use.

People give bad advice all the time but it does not mean they get arrested. If these two were Accountants then maybe they could get in trouble, but individuals giving advice (albeit stupid advice) should not be a crime. Free speech should protect these two crazies also. If you follow illegal advice and get caught, blaming someone at ACORN, McDonalds or YMCA is not going to matter. The crime is not in the advice but in the action an individual takes.

The only way this amounts to anything is if they can tie it to the top of the organization. ACORN will fire these two and that will be that.

ACORN needs to be seriously examined... this is far from a smoking gun that will cause any damage to them.

As an accountant I must say that I am rather surprised that theses useful idiots did not send them to a CPA. This is shocking that ACORN is so blatantly promoting correction especially when they are receiving Federal Funds.

GAO auditor should be all over this as well as the IRS auditors. Congress, the Governor, legislature should be on this like flies on ... french fries. Where's the MEDIA... hey media, where are you?
