I repeat, this is an upgraded Tiburon at twice the price!

Completely different purpose.
I'd agree that it's a much NICER car than the Tiburon, and you could definitely call it an "upgrade" to move from a Tiburon to a Genesis. But it's not an upgraded Tiburon. The Tiburon is a SEPARATE MODEL, which has been redesigned and will be sold alongside the Genesis in the near future.
It's not the same car, see. Otherwise, they'd have stopped selling the Tiburon, or just renamed it Genesis.
They've done neither.
