My feelings exactly. But it may be a good sign. Why? Because it shows the judge is a stiff necked old Marine. Regardless of the potential importance of the case, things will be done in "regular order".

Still, I expect to have no fingernails, and maybe no fingertips, left by Oct. 5.

Apparently he will rule on MTD on October 5. The motion is basically the same bogus arguments that no one on the face of the planet has “standing” to enforce the constitution and challenge Obama’s citizenship but the difference in this particular case isn’t the motion but the judge who we expect will finally hear the case in early 2010.

As for other posters saying that Orly Taitz needs a proofreader, I’m going to email her and offer my services. I’m not a professional proofreader, but I do tend to be pretty decent at catching spelling and grammatical errors.

He's got a video of himself with Mombassa in the background. At least according to a couple of FReepers who have been there, that is Mombassa in the background. I imagine his passport has entry stamps as well. AFAIK, Kenya doesn't have internal controls on movement within the country, so if he flew into Nairobi or traveled overland from elsewhere in Africa, then the most that might be proven is that he was in Kenya.
