When Michael Huttner and Jason Salzman's book, 50 Ways You Can Help Obama Change America, hit the book stands September 1st, the admittedly left-wing authors had high hopes of dislodging conservative books from Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin and others from Best Seller lists they have dominated for months. The 50 ways guide was publicized with glowing reviews from Hollywood celebrities and even the late Senator Ted Kennedy. At the Huffington Post, they have even offered a trip to Hawaii contest as an promotion for pushing sales. But alas, one week after the hyped release of the book, it appears that there is not as much interest in helping President Obama change America as the liberal authors had hoped. In fact, to put it simply, the book is bombing.

I remember when they were trying to unload al gore’s movie as a freebie to teachers and schools. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do the same with this book.

Most liberals and “fellow travelers” are fashionista communists. I my old grad school days when I was a stalinst I used to be frustrated that most idiots had at most read the manifesto and practically nobody had read even one volume of capital. Forget about even having been close to lenin, trotsky, kautsky or any of the other icons of the left. Doctrinaire marxists are well up on most of the theoretical underpinnings of marxism, but like any dogmatic group won’t read works outside of the marxist universe.
MOst on the left are dolts who refuse to have open minds because they think they have arrived at the truth, after all, marx called it “scientific socialism”. They can’t hold a debate because they can’t handle ideas or concepts outside of their paradigm...
