Very true. I have a copy of Bastiat’s “The Law” that I’ve loaned to a dozen conservatives. They all read it in a day or two and returned it. I loaned it to two liberals and they each kept it for more than a week and eventually returned it, saying “I never finished it. It was just too much to read.”

It’s less than 100 pages long! I also have a copy of “The Communist Manifesto” and it was the same. Conservatives read it. Libs didn’t. It’s only 50 pages!
