Who is Roy Masters?
In 1960 Roy Masters started America’s first conservative talk radio show on KTYM in Los Angeles, California. Roy Masters and his “Advice Line” radio program continue today as an institution on radio. “Advice Line” is currently broadcast nationwide on a 130 radio stations and available via the internet. Hope the Marine from last night calls back with his poem that helped save his life from suicide. He wanted to read it on yesterday's show but Roy told him to call back today to read it.

It was toward the end of the show and Roy wanted to get all the calls in and he didn’t know how long the poem was. The Marine started out to write a suicide note and when he finished it it was a God sent poem that saved his life, and he just wanted to share it with us. He said he would call back tonight, I’ve been waiting to hear it since yesterday.

Seems to me that Roy, if running out of time on the air, would have taken his call off the air and helped the Marine that way.

I was thought of as gullible for believing Roy on this. Could you quite what he said please or paraphrase it. If Roy said clearly...then knowing his character, I do believe him.

Unkus, give him a break. Roy wanted us to hear it. The guy was already saved from suicide. That is why he wanted to read it..

Roy unceremoniously dismisses male caller who called about his crazy son, but Roy turned it around on the man and said he was the ultimate problem for his son, the man kept making excuses so Roy ultimately just threw him off the program, Roy sounded angry but we know he wasn't.
It's that same no nonsense force and energy we need to have at the townhalls and tea party protests and against all the enemies of our Republic.
