I'd say that a very interesting article is up. :=)

By going directly to unelected school principals, Obama did what's known in the military as "bypassing the chain of command". That's just not done without extreme circumstances having required it.

I brought up this very thing a couple of days ago to my friends/family. I saw the email that was leaked on here and it was addressed to principals.

There IS protocol. And, if I’m not mistaken....those emails should have been sent to STATE ‘supers’....and handed down. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Those principals will, once they are brought up by the short hairs by their Superintendents...if there is anything I know about school administrators, they protect their "turf" and battles are legendary.
