On Thursday, Democratic leadership with failing public support and rumours of moderate Democrats bailing on attempts to use reconciliation to force their Health Care Reform measures, rolled out a new proposal in an attempt to turn public sentiment in their favor. Democratic Leadership introduced a call to pass Health Care Reform with a built in "trigger" for a government option.
