HR2749 The Food and Safety Enhancement Act coming up for VOTE in SENATE. BEWARE THE RESULTS!
Canada Free Press ^ | 09/04/09 | kackikat

Posted on 09/03/2009 7:09:51 PM PDT by Kackikat

According to Gunny G Online: “This astounding control will include the elimination of organic farming by eliminating manure, mandating GMO animal feed, imposing animal drugs, and ordering applications of petrochemical fertilizers and pesticides. Farmers, thus, will be locked not only into the industrialization of once normal and organic farms but into the forced purchase of industry’s products.”

HR 2749 creates severe criminal and civil penalties, including prison terms of up to 10 years and/or fines of up to $100,000 for each violation. Does it include judicial review, Congressional oversight, a defined and limited set of penalties and punishments for a defined set of “crimes”? Not even. The so called Food Safety Bill hands carte blanch enforcement to the whims of Obama’s Food Czar.

Not so much military control, but still something out of Stalin’s playbook. Remember the kulaks?

And what’s next? Some Lysenko crap to cause crop failures? Why not, the left has revived the spirit of Lysenko in their global warming scam.

I wonder if the lefties who support local organic farming know the implications of this bill?

Weird how Obama is going the exact opposite direction that most liberals would want. Getting rid of organic farming? Mandating certain pesticides and chemicals? Appointing a Agri-Business person to Food Czar? It doesn’t make sense if you are a liberal.

It makes perfect sense to me. It is about CONTROL. It is ALL about Control. Cap & Trade. Health Care. Food Production. Stimulus Funds.

Actually -- it is about ruining the health of Americans. Everything is linked: Health care. Food. Vitamins. Food supplements. Mandatory use of bovine growth hormone. Monsanto. Campaign bribes. Corruption. George Soros.

Canada and the European Union do not follow Monsanto's corrupt hidden agenda: Making profits by ruining the health of millions. Watch this video which was not intended for distribution in America:

Please check my freeper page because there is more info posted there. Also you will find an easy link to check my posts to find my important messages about bovine growth hormone.

Please take care

Is this related to HR 875? It effectively bans farmers markets and roadside vegetable stands.

Bachmann’s district is about three miles from my house. I’ve met Michele and know her to be the real deal. Phone calls are in order tomorrow.

Keep us updated on this thread if you get an answer from Bachmann. I'm still shaking my head trying to understand why she voted for this stalinesque bill.

This is one bill the lefties are mad about...and we need to keep this front and center to help unite us with some democrats on protecting the FOOD SUPPLY.

MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU, DEAR HEART EX-TEXAN!

The futility of trying to wake some of the millions up is . . . weighty and sad many times over.

You can appreciate, I think, that I of all FREEPERS AM MOST KEENLY AWARE OF THAT!!!!

At this point, I think I’m more fatalistic than I’ve ever been.

It appears to me that we are weeks to mere months away from God taking CLOSE TO HIM believers out of this mess

&/OR

shuffling authentic believers around from wilderness refuge to wilderness refuge including water out of rocks, quail in the morning, manna in the evening or some such scenarios . . . until He takes us out or hides us otherwise.

HE WILL HAVE A CHURCH WITHOUT SPOT OR WRINKE. HE WILL HAVE A VICTORIOUS, OVERCOMING CHURCH.

I don’t know how all He’s going to work that out amidst all the death and trauma but HE WILL.

It requires more . . . LETTING GO AND LETTING GOD. And that’s far from all bad.

It means we have to . . . sadly . . . for all intents and purposes . . . consign folks to whatever destiny they seem to have such a death grip on short of God’s miraculous intervention and waking them up.

Some will wake up a few steps from the guillotine or gas chamber or whatever such.

Some never will until they are literally in hell.

We can only do what we can do.

My heart goes out to you. We must not be weary in well doing.

I HOPE YOU KNOW I’VE VERY INCREASINGLY BEEN ON YOUR SIDE FOR 44 YEARS.

It seems like every week a new level of horrific corruption, literally hellish schemes etc. and genocidal plans are outted or implemented. What else would we expect for even the birth pangs leading up to the Great Tribulation?

LOOK UP FOR OUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NIGH, SCRIPTURE SAYS. I BELIEVE SCRIPTURE MEANS WHAT IT SAYS.

BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD.

MARANATHA.

We need to keep this one front and center, and by tying it all together with the other wars on Americans, it might help WAKE UP ANMERICA:

We are bombarded with:
Overseas Contingency Operation Terrorists
Fairness Doctrine replacement of LOCALISM
Environmental WARS
CZAR Conspiracies
AND NOW A WAR ON OUR FOOD SUPPLY with this bill.

IF THEY CAME AT US WITH GUNS WE COULD CHARGE THEM WITH TREASON, SO THESE ANTI AMERICANS ARE USING EVERYTHING BUT GUNS.

Yes, and we must keep this bill from passing IN SENATE, AS IT HAS ALREADY PASSED IN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES@

These Republicans are blind, and believe that a title that says Food Safety could not be bad...READING THE BILL, and using one’s head would stop this. COMMUNISTS ALWAYS SAY OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY MEAN...The Fairness Doctrine was NOT Fair, and the Food Safety is not Safe, and the endangered species are not endangered, etc, etc, etc.

Help her to understand that if this Food Safety ACT does NOT EXEMPT the home gardner, small farm, farmers markets, and natural foods, supplements etc, it will be global control (codex alimentarius), and we could be fined and imprisoned for growing our own food. ONCE A LAW it will be almost impossible to change or exempt these protections for our food supply or our health.
Let her know these communists always use names to deceive, and Fairness Doctrine that is very unfair is a good example.

Because the Obama admin has said it doesn’t apply to home gardens, etc..but it doesn’t exempt them, so what does that really mean. We aren’t deceived by this admin, but they are taking the left’s word...we know better and need to say so....DEMANDING EXEMPTION FOR
home gardens
small farmers with under 50 employees
farmers markets
roadside stands
orchards, who sell products in house
homemade food restaurants

I buy ice cream, homemade, at a local farm that has a restaurant and everything is wonderful...but this kind of beaurocratic nonsense would put them out of business and bankrupt them or cause fines, and loss of their farm due to so much regulation, inspections, paperwork and gov’t control from the evil administration.
