The Marxist ACORN became the great red oak. Now it is time to plant more ACORNS for a future generational harvest who will assume it is OK to commit generational theft for the "greater good". Ayers will be busy ghost-writing memoirs of these nascent ACORNS later on as they become community organizers and activists. THAT's how they can "help" the President and his legacy. Wake up America!

Bill Sammon wrote about Obama's Affinity to Marxists today at Americans Election HQ:

Barack Obama laughs off charges of socialism. Joe Biden scoffs at references to Marxism. Both men shrug off accusations of liberalism.

But Obama himself acknowledges that he was drawn to socialists and even Marxists as a college student. He continued to associate with Marxists later in life, even choosing to launch his political career in the living room of a self-described Marxist, William Ayers, in 1995, when Obama was 34.

Obama's affinity for Marxists began when he attended Occidental College in Los Angeles.

"To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully," the Democratic presidential candidate wrote in his memoir, "Dreams From My Father." "The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists."

Obama's interest in leftist politics continued after he transferred to Columbia University in New York. He lived on Manhattan's Upper East Side, venturing to the East Village for what he called "the socialist conferences I sometimes attended at Cooper Union."

After graduating from Columbia in 1983, Obama spent a year working for a consulting firm and then went to work for what he described as "a Ralph Nader offshoot" in Harlem.

"In search of some inspiration, I went to hear Kwame Toure, formerly Stokely Carmichael of Black Panther fame, speak at Columbia," Obama wrote in "Dreams," which he published in 1995. "At the entrance to the auditorium, two women, one black, one Asian, were selling Marxist literature."

Obama supporters point out that plenty of Americans flirt with radical ideologies in college, only to join the political mainstream later in life. But Obama, who made a point of noting how "carefully" he chose his friends in college, also chose to launch his political career in the Chicago living room of Ayers, a domestic terrorist who in 2002 proclaimed: "I am a Marxist."

Currently Obama is surrounding himself with cannibals.

He's either got one hell of a sense of humor (about derogatory "black" stereotypes of the past) or he's the most dangerous individual we've ever had as President.

They all need to go. The Democrat party has sold its soul to the collectivists.

The devil must be given his due, he does have a few solid and uncontroversial people, or who have at least exceeded my low expectations.

The best he has probably is Sec Def Gates, who he carried over from Bush, probably his smartest policy move.

Panetta seems like a realist in the CIA, and he seems to have learned enough on the job to get somewhat protective of the national interest. He is not quite the political weasel I expected.

Bambi are you sure you want to be judged by those people around you?

Is being an asshole something you can catch?
Maybe there's a vaccination for it...

With all due respect a Republican.

to the truckload of unofficial 'czars,' 'special advisor's,' and 'officers' he has chosen to come to the White House to have direct access to him.

Who pays these people and if the government where is the authority to do so
If there isn't any can a suit be undertaken

Candidate Obama commenting on whom he would seek advice:

“...on domestic policy, you know, I’ve got freinds ranging from Ted Kennedy to, to Tom Colburn, who don’t necessarily agree on a lot of things, but, but, but who both, I think, have a sincere desire to see this country improve... What I’ve found is very helpful to me is to have a table where a lot of different points of view are represented,...and where I can sit and poke and prod and ask them questions,...so that I’m not, so that any blind spots I have, or predispositions that I have, that my assumptions are challenged. and I think that that’s extrordinarily important”.

Secy of Defense and CIA head are regular cabinet positions or congressionally vetted appointments. The problem is the ones who he appointes on his own, who actually have the real power (while the Cabinet members in this administration are just figureheads, as Hillary has discovered) and are answerable to nobody, overseen by nobody, and vetted by nobody - except Obama.

Presidents have always had their own advisors, but the advisors were just advisors, who gave the president information on various areas. They were not put in charge of departments or entire areas (such as energy, industry, etc.) as Obama’s czars have been.

Did he really say that. The media always told us that the people he surrounds himself with were not important. He’s surrounded by anti-AMericans and he is now their leader.

I predict Government controlled Media is going to get very interested in recalling Joseph McCarthy very soon. Distraction is the only way to deflect public anger about these ghastly people Barry surrounds himself with.

I thought he was sending the cannibals to the tea parties so they could eat the fingers off Obama’s enemies. You mean he has more cannibals right in the White House? No wonder McLame is afraid of him. He knows all about communists...
