My wife just emailed both of our principals, regardless of what they reply is, what are pulling our kids from school on Tuesday, this reminds of what Tyrants like Saddam and Stalin would do. Imagine if George Bush wanted to speak to the children about the war in Iraq and why we fighting there?
The NEA is pure evil too, don’t forget their part in this, they were frothing at the mouth with tails wagging to do this ...

0bama is aiming at being a dictator, plain and simple. He wants to control EVERY aspect of our lives, from deciding who is born to deciding when we die.

The one thought that keeps running through my mind is, can you imagine if Bush did something like this???

The “learning material” provided to teachers leaves no doubt about political motives.

The liberals have politicized the WEATHER.
Of COURSE they’re coming for our children.

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT WORDS HE SPEAKS! It's the fact that he's going to shove his face where it doesn't belong--to a captive audience of impressionable young people in a setting controlled by agents of the most left-wing and virulent union in the country (the NEA)--that is the problem.
Regardless of what he says, his mere presence under such circumstances will reinforce the unwritten message that's he's in charge, their parents aren't, and that he cares more for them than their own parents do. He's Big Brother.
He needs to stay the hell out of the schools altogether.

looking at the photo, see the hats of the devoted “teachers” amongst the adoring children?

Somewhere behind a curtain in Chicago, Bill Ayers is pulling levers and creating smoke for an empty suit in the white house.

The alliance between the ruling elites and the underclass is a long and storied one in every dictatorship that ever was. A brief read of history will explain the Saul Alinsky takeover of society methods and their eventual results. It's the same ruse, promise the underclasses other people's stuff for free, free stuff runs out, instead the gulags and guillotines are used to suppress the underclass masses.
See Hugo Chavez for how it is done.
Obama's whole campaign was just a shuck and jive act, fueled with the Democrats ginned up hate of Bush, say anything to get elected. Then once in office pull a Chavez, do anything he wants to US.
Americans are not Kenyans, or Venezuelans either. They are also armed, which is going to present a major problem, sooner or later.
Meanwhile, call your 'elected' school board member, in most cases they are elected, and explain to them why Obama propaganda is bad for THEM.
PROPAGANDA is very unbecoming a US President.
Just remember one thing, CHARACTER matters, a word you likely never associate with Obama..
We have done a good job of knocking the 'moo' off the 'siah', keep it up.

When looking forward to the inevitable Civil War/unrest that seems to be hurtling towards us, I was optimistic about our chances for success. We have numbers on our side, right? What could possibly go wrong?
However, with this Stalinesque turn of events I fear that if the conflict does not commence in the next few years, America will not only be fighting the socialists but it's own children as well.
This man and his ilk must be stopped before our country becomes a burnt-out husk of mediocrity and despair.

Good post. He could recite “Mary Had a Little Lamb” and it still would be wrong! He is big brother to us, but he would like to redefine ‘president’ to ‘dear leader’. barf.

Here in DFW there are entire schools that are debating on not showing zerø to the kids. Even more schools are "leaving it up to the teacher." You better believe they are getting a truckload of "feedback" from the parents. Parents are also pulling kids from school on that day.
Sounds to me like Mr. and Mrs. American Citizen are beyond done with the crap from dee-cee.
