Democratic group tells people how to disrupt town hall meetings (video)

Last night, Sean Hannity of FOX News aired a video showing an organizer for Health Care for America Now (HCAN) advising supporters to shout down Obamacare opponents if they tried to ask questions at Rep. Jan Schakowski's recent town hall meeting. The organizer's instructions were straight out of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, the "classic" left wing activist "bible" of numerous current White House luminaries.

"Imagine," said Hannity. "Democrats have accused town hall protesters of being trained by Republican operatives. But there's more evidence tonight that liberal groups are the ones creating an Astroturf movement."

Indeed, HCAN published a "playbook" earlier this summer, advising supporters of socialized medicine to adopt the following specific strategies for minimizing the visibility and influence of the protesters:

* “You must bring enough people to drown them [the protesters] out.” * “Arrive earlier than the other side does: we need to stack our folks in the front to create a wall around the Member [of Congress].” * “When the other side gets too loud, we should shut them down with chants that counter their message like ‘Health Care Can’t Wait!’ and ‘Health Care Delayed Is Health Care Denied!’” * “Another way to limit protesters’ ability to hijack your event is to confiscate signs or leaflets that they may bring into the venue from outside. The best way to do this is to make a blanket rule that no one can bring signs or leaflets …You can distribute your own signs in the event and offer them one as they enter if you choose to allow them to enter.”

The ONLY way much of this can be carried out is if TEAM OBAMA is, from the get-go, in control of the meeting.

What should have happened over the month of August is for more of our legislators who OPPOSE Obamacare to have held their own town halls. Some did, many more did not. That way, not only do WE make the rules, but the TRUTH about Obamacare is heard.

Reading this stuff from the other side gives me a pit in my stomach.

They do not want discourse, they want dominance.
They do not support equality, but rather evil.

To think there exists institutional intimidation like this in America makes me fear for her future; It's reminiscent of the street battles fought in Germany before the rise of Hitler. It's almost as if the left WANTS to foment a civil war. What other logical reason can there be?

Someone I know infiltrated a group of feminists who were training “deathscorts” to guard the abortion clinics from pro-life protestors. There was one group in particular that was headquartered in Oakland, Calif. called BACOR, which stands for Bay Area Coalition against Operation Rescue. They produced a training manual on tactics to use where they would cause physical harm to the pro-lifers and then when the pro-lifers would complain to the police, they would say that the pro-lifer hit or attacked them, and the police would cite the pro-lifer as well.

There were other tactics they used to disrupt which are very similar to the tactics the left is using now.

It worked for them in Germany in the early 1930s. You have stated the unstated rationale for their tactics. Obama's whole campaign borrowed heavily from Nazi tactics--such as large groups chanting key words in unison; his acceptance speech in a huge stadium; his general choice of terminology that would mean different things to different folk, while avoiding some clarifying details, etc..
