Man, no matter how many times I see that movie, it never fails to creep me out! The remake was alright, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the original.

Definitely. Stephen King is a great author, but he should leave the movie-making to real directors. I’m glad he’s at least seemed to stop licensing his work to hacks for tv-movies and direct to video releases lately at least.
I’m looking forward to JJ Abrams’ version of the Dark Tower, it could be an awesome adaptation if he pulls it off well.
