Rep. Peter T. King, New York Republican, who called last week's move by attorney general Holder moves a "declaration of war." Indeed it is. The move by Holder which undoubtedly is orchestrated by President Obama is just the latest blow in a war declared by the White House against the CIA and in the end, the American People
Do not believe that the Holder offensive has anything to do with "morality or torture." In the Investigator General's report released at the same time as Holder's announcement of a special prosecutor, the evidence shows that every time there was a hint of slightest offense, there was an immediate investigation and where necessary disciplinary or criminal punishments were given out.
"In November 2002, the Deputy Director of Operations (DDO) informed the Office of Inspector General (OIG) that . . . he had just learned of and had dispatched a team to investigate [REDACTED]. In January 2003, the DDO informed OIG that he had received allegations that Agency personnel had used unauthorized techniques with a detainee, Abd Al-Rahim Al-Nashiri . . . and requested that OIG investigate."
Once the IG report was completed, the CIA referred it to the Justice Department for review for possible criminal prosecutions. The review was not conducted not by political appointees. But by career prosecutors from the Eastern District of Virginia. They recommended against prosecutions in all but one case, where a CIA contractor, not an official employee, who had beaten a detainee in Afghanistan. That contractor was convicted and spent time in Jail.
It is simply politics, Obama's gift to his ultra-liberal supporters, that pushed the President to start this war. To this administration, destroying Heroes who fought valiantly to save American lives is a small price to pay to achieve ones political goals.

Obama has declared war on America, for that matter.

I wish the CIA would cough up his birth certificate as well as his other records.
Obama Declared War on The CIA
Might be a big mistake for the amateur A Hole from Chi Town.
Who has his back? When you keep burning bridges with the folks who are here to protect the homeland.
Oh that’s right we will have the brownshirts to protect us.
Heaven help the USA.
If I were Obama, I would tread lightly. In way over his head.
That would be a hilarious backlash to all of this foolishness...;’}
wouldn’t that be cool
You have a deliciously devious mind! :-)
This usurper has NO IDEA what can of worms he opened up...I expect to soon see his Kenyan BC appearing in the foreign press...

Well Sorta, kinda. Or maybe not.
Pres is the top law dog. AG is top lap dog.
Actually I think it would be great if Eric would try out a SP on Bill and the China connect, or Ollie and Ron and Contra, or Linden’s great society. How bout a bit closer to home. Like go over to Jennets old office, open a drawer, pullout the files marked Waco, or Ruby..
It really is problematic, when a fine and decent man like Dick tries to hammer a terd like the Erric. This complaint is a gift from us to them. The fullness of time will show it was immoral in the first and ill advised, thereafter.
Its a cat box syndrome. Dick has got it wrong and knows it. Eric is a small time hood with little hope of ever finding improvement \ A pretty good fella like Huck comes into the Gov of a state run cartel, but wont look back. Adjustment are in order or the GOB order will.
If the only way our country can protect our vital survival assets, like N, C, D, and the good guys from Kallil. Is by sheltering the scum, well our good folks like Dick need to be encouraged to engage in some adjustments.
