If it wasnt before, the ultimate purpose of Dictator Barack Hussein Obama should now be clear to even his most die-hard fans. With Obamas planned and now-revised Cybersecurity Act of 2009, his inordinately broad and sweeping powers to take control of the Internet AND private networks is making its way through the Senate.
The bill gives Obamas Executive Branch the power to shut down the Internet for any reason he considers to be a Cybersecurity emergency. That, of course, is anything Obama decides to declare an emergency. Those who have been living in a cave for the last several years might ask Whats the reason for this suspension if not dissolution of liberty? The answers are:
I. Because Obama can; 2. To shut down ALL opposition to his totalitarian programs and regime; 3. To stop any and all warnings going out en masse when Obamas initial troops begin arriving in our towns and cities.

Looks like Canuckistan will be going on the “Enemies List” very soon...
It is truly a sad day in America when we hear about attacks on Fox to bring information to citizens and see that we need to rely on the Canada free press to inform its citizens.
Someone should do a comparative timeline, comparing Fidel Castro to Obama...how soon after he took control of Cuba did Fidel take various steps compared to how quickly Obama has moved to do the same thing.
I think you just assigned yourself a task ...
I have grave doubts that we will be allowed to have a free election in this country from now on. Eric Holder is in charge and we can look forward to armed black panthers at polls and ACORN registering voters and counting votes, and there will be no free media to protest this takeover of our country.
Again, Thank You Canada.
My husband said that if Obama is elected that we will not have another free election. He made a list of items that will happen and so for he has been right. He says Obama will probably post-pone the elections due to a administration created crisis for starters. I do believe by 3 and 1/2 years down the road this will be very easily possible. Look what has transpired in 6 months.
Legislators know absolutely zero about global information architectures, so they can be easily duped into signing something for "national security" reasons.
Branches of government have incompetently connected critical systems to the public internet network instead of isolating them on private networks (i.e. not comingled with any public networks / ISPs). Now, critical systems like the power grid, and sensitive systems like the Pentagon's advanced fighter programs, are being cracked and hacked. All it would take is a staged attack to create the pretext to shut down public access.
But, cell phone SMS would still be available (unless that, for no good reason, gets lumped into the legislation). Also, old-timers could
1) Fire up their modem banks and boot up their old BBS servers. Bulletin boards were teletype style, character-based collaboration platforms - connected by a web of dialup servers that replicated information around the nation.
2) Fire up their ham radios to transmit both voice and data.
If you back a rat into a corner,
it’ll bite the hell out of you.
Barack Hussein isn’t in a corner just yet.
Please ping me when you get it done!
No need for Black Panters at the polls. Once he takes over the internet, he can manipulate the votes any way he wants. It’s over folks.
The internet is not the sole property of the USA or it’s president - all they can really do is shut down servers in the USA.
It is good to read that others think this. Sometimes I think I am crazy and alone.
No election also means no legitimacy. And no compliance.

I’d be interested in seeing that list.
