AAPS and CURE sue White House over unconstitutional 'fishy' emails. Where is the ACLU?

The two groups have formed together to stand up to the outrageous ‘fishy’ email program that Obama installed at the White House to ‘turn in your neighbor’ with emails that you felt were giving false information about the healthcare plan in the House (H.R. 3200). From the AAPS website:

“The lawsuit was prompted by the White House solicitation for the public to report any “fishy” comments to ‘flag@whitehouse.gov.’ Although the White House slightly revised its data collection procedure last week, the email address still exists, the illegal activity continues, and is part of an “unlawful pattern and practice to collect and maintain information” on the exercise of free speech, which “continues in violation of the Privacy Act and First Amendment even if the Defendants terminate a particular information-collection component due to negative publicity.”

“The lawsuit outlines how the White House has employed a form of “bait-and-switch” tactic of accusing the Plaintiffs and other opponents of spreading misinformation about the Administration’s goals for health care reform, and thereby refusing to ‘come clean’ about its real agenda.”

The article points out...

The first amendment clearly states that Americans have the right to free speech:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

There's the rub. The Founders never anticipated that we would elect a tyrannical foreigner as President and he would use the Presidency to abridge freedom of speech.

The Founders never anticipated that we would elect a tyrannical foreigner as President

That's because they expressly forbid it.

This administration has no respect for the Constitution or the citizens of this nation. Therein lies their downfall... the silent majority is no longer sitting on their arses watching the world go by...they have become outspoken...they are the mob.

I hope everyone has been reporting everything the MS media the whitehouse, democrats in congress and senate have been saying. I wonder if Obama will send them to his re-education camps...

The ACLU is run by the type of radicals associated with folks like Bill Ayers and other communist sympathizers like him. The ACLU is just as corrupt as ACORN.

I’m sure the White House ‘list’ of people saying anything against this administration has grown exponentially since January 20th. Obama can’t stand anyone speaking out against his ideology.

The ACLU is where they have always been:

Suing to get child molesters released into your neighborhood.

Defending cop-killers by filing endless nuisance motions against the prosecution.

Filing amicus briefs in defense of illegal immigrant "rights".

You know: helping to destroy America.

Where’s the ACLU?
You mean the All Communist Lawyers Union?
They are busy hunting for conservatives to attack.
