They may be in a minority, but they are a larger minority than we’ve seen in the 20-plus years that I’ve been doing this,” The minority? What polls are they looking @ to believe we're the minority?

Well, listen, Mr. Blue Dog, you let Rahm Emanuel talk you into running, and you took Soros money to pound down the Republican opponent. If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. You also have the option of just resigning, leaving the seat open to the next “blue dog” or even allowing it to revert to Republican control.

This Politico article is a pile of horse dung:

To wit:

“The overhyped and in many cases fraudulent sense of grass-roots fervor during an August Democrats would like to forget is easy to minimize. But for all the cries of Astroturf fakery and ginned-up crowds, a ground zero view in a district like Boyd’s underlines that a very real sense of anger and frustration is bubbling over as summer wanes.”

“A visit to Florida’s 2nd District also is a bracing case study in the mounting political peril some Blue Dogs like Boyd may be facing.”

It’s either “overhyped... fraudulent... fakery ... ginned-up” [all that in one single paragraph!] or it is “mounting political peril”.

It cannot be both.

Yet the “objective journalist” of Politico writes the story as if it is “fake” yet also menacing.

This could only pass for “reporting” to the sociopaths and liars on Capitol Hill.

Hmm let see, I just put the house I am assessed at $260,000 for property taxes on the market for $185,000. Since the Democrats took the Congress in 2006, I have seen everything I worked my whole life for, my 401k and my equity in my home, vanish as if by magic. I am confronted with starting all over at age 45 almost from scratch.

Scared. No, I am righteously pissed.

Mr. Blue Dog needs to realize that Democrats in general and the current administration in particular hold people like his constituents in total disdain. Fly-over populations are not to be considered in any legislation—other than as payers.

Only liberal politicians are scared. The rest of us are outraged.

“They may be in a minority, but they are a larger minority than we’ve seen in the 20-plus years that I’ve been doing this,”

...the only reason there weren’t more is that this “minority” is working you f’n Marxist, fake, self serving SOB! ANYBODY (except Zell Miller) with a D next to their name is indeed a Marxist AND a supporter of BO’s agenda because they A- actually believe his nonsense or B- feel they have to jump on board to save themselves and their families or C- both.

Rep Allen Boyd (D-Fla.) is a skilled politician

I've personally known Alan Boyd for over twenty years and I can attest he is as dumb as a box of rocks.

From Friday's Panama City News Herald:

Boyd will hold “community forum” on 28 Aug at Panama City Community College.

Attendance is limited to 500. Free tickets in advance for pick up 4-8 pm at the college on 25 Aug.

It will be a panel discussion featuring the two-faced Boyd (conservative jive at home, votes with stretch pelosi 85% of the time) and three medical experts. Local TV News anchors will moderate the event.

This will not be a town hall. Only select questions submitted in advance will be answered.

The overhyped and in many cases fraudulent sense of grass-roots fervor

Fraudualent? Where does a shill like Martin get the balls to write that?I n the next paragraphs he goes on to describe the real fear of this guy's constituents, so where is the proof of fraudulent? What a creep.
