There was a line from the movie A Fish Called Wanda where Wanda tells Kevin Cline's character something like "Morons read philosophy, they just don't understand it." I think that is what we are seeing here. Obama is an idiot with a gian ego. But the people backing him up are true believers. It is the worst of both worlds.

True, but they don't need to go to Tennessee, or Philly for that matter. Just a few carefully chosen swing precincts in a few swing states is all it's going to take.

Also the elderly are the easiest group to intimidate through the use of force. Any wonder why he chose that group to be the first thrown under the Obama bus.

LOL! Exactly. This line of thinking really started dawning on me seriously when I began thinking about how zer0 will make decisions about troop levels in Afghanistan.

What in his entire life even hints that he's spent 10 minutes thinking about geopolitical military strategies much less anything so specific as the kind of grueling fight necessary in Afghanistan and the region. All he's ever done is fail to organize some communities and be an anti-war poseur.

Honestly, does he exhibit any evidence whatsoever that he has any kind of coherent world view? Or is he just a grab bag of marxist quote-of-the-day bromides?
