Kelly Ayotte, New Hampshires GOP rising star, is a folksy, gun-loving mother of two who has her eyes on a Senate seat. And, you betcha, she married a dude who puts Todd to shame.

Thanks- but when we need the media to pick our next candidate for us we’ll whack ourselves over the head with a picture of John McCain until we come to our senses

Easy enough on the eyes and she’d easily be the most conservative woman in the next Senate (unless Palin primaries Murkowski)

How would a failed primary bid affect the final composition of the Senate?

The author cites an unfavorable comparison of Todd P. in her headline but I found no mention of him or Ayottes spouse in the text. Hmmmmmm!
Ayotte is the wife of Joseph Daley, a National Guardsman and Iraq war vet, who founded a small landscaping and snowplowing business, according to the Concord Monitor. Hes got the earthiness of Todd without any obvious separatist tendencies.
As if separatist tendencies was a BAD thing . . . Let's see, 10th Amendment wasn't on the writer's reading list?

Well I hope she asserts herself but really, Sarah Palin has my support. She didn’t follow on ANYONE’S coattails, she is fighting this mega-Socialist monster basically all alone, with a loyal cohort of FReepers I might add.
I may be off track here but I’m not interested in any “Me too!” pols.
Was this lady defending Sarah when her family was being trashed, insulted and maligned incessantly???

2 of a kind, I agree more + than -
I can see an ad with Sarah singing 2 of a kind, no more abortions, 2 of a kind, no more deficit spending, 2 of a kind, no govt health care, 2 of a kind, end with the two of them shooting 2 polar bears.
