He opened his mouth again...
I told you that Obama would not tell you the truth, he would try to sell you a myth. His op-ed piece in the NY Times is just that; a car sales man approach to fooling you. So let's kick the tires and see what kind of junk he is selling you.
He discusses the emotion wrenching stories of people with pre-existing conditions who can not get insurance. What our Pitchman in Chief fails to mention is that these people can not get insurance because the cause of treating their underlying conditions is too great. If the public pays a subsidy to insure them, everyone's cost of health care rises dramatically. If Obama forces Insurance companies to take these losers then the cost of everyone's premiums rises to cover the cost. No matter what solution is chosen; the hard fact is that if you insure the high risks, everyone pay more and health care is not affordable for an even greater number of people.
In other words, the car he is selling you is not only used, (and failed in every other nation it has been tried in), it has been in a wreck and never repaired. Check out the Car Fax on this one.The details are at controversialpolitics.com

You can do that only once and then only if you don't signal your move in advance. As the tax is announced or gets sufficient votes in Congress, all of those 25k incomes will go offshore or will be converted into taxt free bonds or some such. The black market will develop rapidly.
I say again he is like the pesky salesman in the old Dagwood Comics.
Barak Isuzu?
Sadly he has way to much power to be as sleezy as a car sales man(sorry to all the decent car salesmen out there).
More like a door to door vacume salesman.
Does anyone remember him promising reparations to Blacks during his campaign? Is redistribution of wealth through health care what he meant be reparations?
I just hope more people see him as the used car salesman that he is. He has already lost the trust a lot of the voters had in him. Some of us knew from the start that he was not to be trusted.
” If Obama forces Insurance companies to take these losers then the cost of everyone’s premiums rises to cover the cost”
I’m sorry, but this is unnecessary and uncalled for. Someone getting cancer doesn’t make them a ‘loser’.
This is reparations but if he gets this through we will get explicit reparations down the road a bit.
You’re missing the point. The rich are already... rich.
Income taxes, are taxes on the acquisition of wealth. Thus the working stiff who was making $250K, minus 50% to taxes and he’s got 125K of disposable. So as the tax bite takes more of his income, he does not develop real wealth.
The real wealthy, do not have to work, they work because they want to.
This also serves to keep the “vulgar new rich” out of their enclaves like Martha’s Vineyard. This is an assault on the entrepreneur.
If you were to build a new widget, with a market saturation in three years, you could rake in some serious cash, in year two and three. It could be enough to set you up for life. You might never have to work again. But with Blue Gum Barry and his libtards, you might make some cash, but after the flame goes out on your widget, you are still in a bind because you are not wealthy enough to invest your past earnings on a new opportunity. You are still beholden to the banks and venture capitalists who also bleed your widget profits.
