The "public option" company gets $2 billion in capital, which it has to repay over 10 years.
It's supposed to bear its claims and administrative expenses.

The point is that we should not the government even get close to this kind of option. Our federal government has become a parasitic organism that is only interested in it’s own expansion and properity.
