Once received by the WH, emails form part of the permanent communications record and cannot be legally or lawfully deleted.
She asked him at least five times and he just evaded the question.

Megyn Kelly absolutely kicked his butt! What a slimy deceiving snake he is.
Megyn nails that a$$’s hide to the barn door. So yeah, they are keeping an enemies list.
I saw this live. She was great ... wouldn’t back down for nothing. He kept trying to get back to his talking points and accusing HER of diverting the issue. She asked him a simple YES or NO question. It was fun to watch him squirm!
Truly proud of her :)
He’s not a very good tap dancer, is he? LOL
Great post! Expose the Rat for what he is...
I don’t watch television, so until today I have never heard of Megyn Kelly. But having watched this video, and how she totally OWNED Deputy Press Secretary Burton, it makes me want to buy a TV, subscribe to cable and fix it permanently on FOX News.
Obama Spokesman Bill Burton denied Obama ever favorably reviewed Ayers 1997 book on the juvenile justice system, sarcastically titled "A Kind and Just Parent in an interview with Fox News Companys Megyn Kelly Tuesday.
He did not write a blurb for his book, Burton said. He did not.
Contrary to what Burton said, a December 1997 article from the Chicago Tribune contains a statement from Obama describing Ayers book as A searing and timely account of the juvenile court system, and the courageous individuals who rescue hope from despair.
Anybody know when this list could become available to the taxpayers?? Y’know, the people who are paying for this.
“...cannot be legally or lawfully deleted.”
Ya think this will stop the rats? I don’t think so.
She was amazing! I was hoping she’d bring up the fact that it’s illegal for the White House to delete all written communications. It was her ace up her sleeve ‘cause she zinged him with it. So cool. The guy looked like an obfuscating dolt for the entire segment.
The point is that they cannot be deleted so they will eventually become part of the public domain. The concern is that worries about potential repercussions may stifle criticism and input.
