This ought to be unconstitutional.

I mean, think about it ... what's next:

• A surtax of $15,000/year because you belong to the wrong political party?
• An excise of $10,000/year for belonging to the wrong religion?
• A surtax of $2,500/year levied only on people of White Anglo-Saxon Protestant heritage?
• An excise tax of $500/year on each female of child-bearing age who didn't have an abortion during the preceding year?

The Federal Government compelling -- not merely encouraging or rewarding, but compelling -- certain private behavior choices by means of punitive taxation is something the Founders never would have anticipated, or tolerated if they had.

Not true - the premium for Part B is $96.40 per month - can it go up? Sure, but why would it when their plan is to destroy Medicare? Would they continue to deduct it from our social security checks - sure! They can do anything they want.

All I know is one thing... If the federal gov’t ever screws my with my current private health insurance, or ‘fines’ me through the IRS for not having a ‘public plan’ I will go out of my way to find ways to wage TOTAL ECONOMIC WARFARE on any of local representatives that did this to me.

I am talking about bankrupting them and their immediate family, in any legal way possible, AT A PERSONAL LEVEL. I WANT THEM ***PERSONALLY BANKRUPT***.

I’m not kidding about this.
