Note that Ross claims that in the final version of the bill there will be no public option that is required of all citizens. Nice job of deflection, there, Congressman. In other words, the public option WILL be part of the final bill, but no one will be 'forced to choose it.'

Actually the bill says that people can keep their existing healthcare, HOWEVER, it must provide the minimum coverage that a public option provides PLUS it can NEVER change PLUS it is CLOSED TO FUTURE POTENTIAL ENROLLEES.

So your health plan will last just long enough till the company you work for dumps it because it is no longer cost effective and BOOM! You're on the "public option".

It seems that all the democrats need reporting since they are disseminating disinformation on the government run health care bill debacle. We need to flood flag@whitehouse with their own lies and see if they correct them.

Well, technically, he’s right. Congress will be exempted...so not ALL citizens will be required to have the public option.
