I thought Steny Hoyer’s constituents were in Maryland. What am I missing here?
Well Muslims don’t really like dogs. His kids wanted the dog and he tried like heck to backtrack on that promise to them.
He could afford to take his time on the dog because getting a dog wouldn’t destroy the country.

Becuase he has to live with the dog. As president and ex-president he won't have to live with the health care process he dumps on the rest of us.
