Please help out on this poll. Gonzales has been hired but there are 40 or so professors who are not happy about the hire.
Screw them. Just another example of the intolerance and narrow-mindedness of the “enlightened” American liberal.
Our local NBC Affilate did a commentary and told the 40 liberal profs... they had the stage for far too long.. so we can have at least one conservative Prof. Good Hire INDEED! Just want the college paper to have a few outside votes... if they even care to count them.

Well I guess if you compare him to the rest of the faculty, you could label Alberto Gonzales a conservative.
Still, he was a terrible choice for AG.
Alberto Gonzales is a very good man and patriot. He has paid a great price in serving our country. I have nothing but respect for him and his beautiful family. May God be with them.

Majority of Lubbock will open our arms to the Gonzales Family! We are pretty conservative here. Snot 26 year old lib, in my office is upset that Tech is paying him 100,000. a year. I told him he could get more in speaking engagements alone.
I say let the muppet fight his own battles. He was ineffectual at best over his tenure.
