ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The Alaska Personnel Board has dismissed another ethics complaint filed against Gov. Sarah Palin.
The latest is the sixth complaint filed by Anchorage resident Andree McLeod.
In her complaint, McLeod says that two days before Palin was named John McCain's running mate in the fall of 2008, she signed travel documents that stated "conclusion of state business."
Upon returning to Alaska, a similar document indicated Palin was returning to duty.
McLeod says that Palin should have turned over the governor's responsibilities to Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell as required by the state constitution, but instead continued to collect her $125,000 annual salary.
Independent investigator Thomas M. Daniel found that Alaska law fixes annual compensation for the governor and lieutenant governor for services while in office - not the amount of time they spend performing those services.

SIX ethics complaints from the same person - and all were found to be bogus?
I’d say McLeod is a little obsessed with Mrs. Palin. And she should be required to pick up the tab to cover the outlandish costs of investigating these false claims.
Why can’t the Palins turn the table on these fools and sue them for defamation or harassment? That seems to be the only was to stop them.
What she does every night file another ethics complaint.
That’s what I believe should be done or someone in AK should file complaints against her. Give her a taste of her own medicine.
When Sarah became Governor, Andree MacLeod begged her to work in her Administration, Sarah said no, since then, Andree has wanted revenge on her. I can see how why Sarah Palin wanted nothing to do with this woman, she is obviously missing a few screws. A friend of Sarah’s posted on her twitter page a few weeks ago how when Sarah was 8 months pregnant, she was speaking at some event in Alaska, and Andree went to her and jumped her, YES, jumped an 8 month pregnant woman, they had to rush Sarah away for her own safety. This chick is a complete whack job

Since we have a national precedent for a retroactive tax increase, it would be appropriate to make the law retroactive to the date of her first complaint.
Can you file ethics complaints on a private citizen?
I read that this chick was angry because she didn’t get a govt. job when Sarah became Gov.
Time to start billing this chick for every bogus complaint.
