I'm up for a Botox tax to pay for health care...IF it applies only to Democrats. For instance, we have John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Joey Biden, and The Wicked Witch of Congress to start paying first.

I wonder if these clowns know that almost all elective plastic surgery bypasses the health insurance industry altogether, and prices for almost all procedures are flexible and negotiated between the doctor and the patient? How can you tax something with no set price and count on a consistent revenue?
