Got some snausage in the freezer. All bratwurst. My German MIL and wife prefer it over Johnsonville. I’m ambivalent. The J’ville ones are a bit spicier and have a coarser texture.

New Glarus is about a 2 hr drive or less for us. We head West to Polo, then North on 26 which becomes 69 in Wisconsin. It’s a straight shot North.
