When Ron Paul says the following, you know something is seriously screwed up.
Mr. Privates himself is now calling for a National health care system, as there is absolutely no way the privatization route will work on this one. Paultards will now implode.
Dr. Paultard was on CNN yesterday and went stone WTF? on the issue of health care. In fact, his statements go so far against his views on pretty much everything that your Editor now has a headache:
Even though I have my ideal system I would like to see, with the government out completely because that would be a much better system thats not going to happen. Im realistic.
Ron? Are you alright? Isnt the private sector THE BEST EVER, at EVERYTHING? This is all so surreal!
Of course he still had his Ron Paul moments, like how freedom will provide health care better than the Government. Yes, freedom can save us all:
Paul said that President Obamas decision to cancel the F-22 fighter jet program was a first very very minor step and I applaud Obama for that. But we dont need one [defense project] removed, we need to change our foreign policy, then we could afford the health care that is necessary to tide us over until we come to our senses and believe that freedom can deliver medical care much better than a bureaucracy.
So this Freedom individual, who isnt even a licensed doctor, will propel into the health care debate with a bullet, thereby rendering all other plans useless.
Thank you Doctor Paultard.
Ron Paul is a doctor. Doctors will be the biggest beneficiaries of socialized medicine. The price of health care will skyrocket, and they will all be able to retire in luxury after just a few years of work.
What do his constituents in his congressional district have to say about this?
If that were the case wouldn’t socialized school teachers retire in just few years? I think it will have the opposite effect, our doctors will be paid like public school teachers, leading to doctor/nurse strikes and so forth.
I’d say just the opposite. I’d say that we will lose doctors because their educational costs are extremely high, but socialized medicine will pay little.
I suppose that if they suppress demand you could see that. But if they don’t suppress demand, you could see the opposite.
BECAUSE RON PAUL IS TOO BIG TOO FAIL!
(.....honestly, he is....now I hafta catch more flies for dinner......)

Well with Obama and Pelosi in charge, that won’t happen, and we do have to be realistic, government will be involved in someway.
With people waiting months for doctors visits (as they do in Canada and Britain), I’d say demand would be suppressed.
What do his constituents in his congressional district have to say about this?
Apparently what they have said in the past...........
GO PAUL GO
He REALLY is channeling RuPaul!
I would say that supply will be suppressed, not demand.
Heck, that’s why waiting rooms in America are full now too, with people on medicaid/medicare going to clinics for minor things or to just get drugged up. My mom worked in a clinic for 16 years, and she saw people abuse the system constantly. Some poor people would come in about every week just for something to do, they would make up an illness but would check out fine, taking up time that could be used on people who really need to be seen.
Just think if it were free and easy to access for anyone, more people will be abusing it in the same manor. That’s why I believe Canada has an ungodly long waiting list.
I wouldn't waste my time for that nor would I ever give Bruno /Cohen a dime.
Nor will it be the last.
This is not to say that Dr. Paul hasn't said some REALLY stupid things in the past. It's why I couldn't support him for POTUS...
Didn’t like him before.
That sounds more like the Dr. Paul we've come to know and question over the years...
While I agree we shouldn't be playing Globo-Cop, I think Dr. Paul takes his anti-war stance too far. Also, weaning a junky (medicare) off slowly sometimes doesn't work as well as plain old cold turkey.
I also noted the guy making a disparaging remark about the concept of freedom. I've never heard of the blogger, but I don't trust him any more than I trust Zero.
Wow. What an absolute load of out of context crap. Care to see what Paul ‘really’ said? Try watching the whole video:
http://rawstory.com/08/news/2009/07/22/ron-paul-cut-overseas-spending-to-pay-for-health-care/
About the only thing this guy got even remotely right was the comment about the F-22. Also if I recall, about 20 other Republicans voted to cut that program too. Not saying I agree 100% - as I live about 3 miles from Lockheed Marietta.
Of course you probably won’t bother to watch the video. You’ll just take this bloggers word for it...
If that’s your choice, it makes you no different than those sheep who lap up the musings of the Obamamedia on a daily basis.
