The second substantial blow to Obamacare is in: Over the ten-year, trillion-dollar program only $2 billion will be saved with the latest compromise.

Over the ten-year, trillion-dollar program only $2 billion will be saved with the latest compromise. That's $200 million per year. Easily lost in "rounding" errors. There will be no savings.

Nothing would be saved anyway, it would just be diverted to another government debacle by the Fascist Obama.
