I just heard on John Gibson radio that the birthers were trying to get John to come around to thier way of thinking and they couldn’t do it because all of them were trying to use article 2 of constitution.
The answer is in the law of nations and the offspring of the f a t h e r is the same country of the dad!
His dad was Kenyan so that makes urkel a kenyan and hence ineligible. End of story.

His father was a BRITISH Citizen at time of Bambi's birth and was not a permanent resident of the US. By the 1948 British Citizenship Act. Obama, Jr. was a BRITISH CITIZEN AT BIRTH and thus NOT A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN.
