It’s fairly common knowledge that Mullah Omar and other High Value Target Taliban/AQ leaders are operating out of Quetta, Pakistan. We should be able to find him but I fear that like the Carter and Clinton era, our CIA and Spec Ops capabilities have serious Administration enforced limitations under the Obamites.
