The video is actually kinda creepy. I don't know exactly how to react to it. I mean, he is our president. I certainly wouldn't refuse to shake his hand, no matter how much I despise him.

As much as I despise everything he stands for, he is the US President and this is disgusting behaviour by the Russians. The left wing media here miscalculated badly by not making this well known - it would actually work in Obama’s favor because most patriotic Americans are fair, give respect when due and expect it when due and would side with him, gaining him political capital. An election won through deceit is as worthless as an election won through terrorism.
I wouldn’t shake hands with that domstic enemy of the Constitution, and would love the chance to tell him why.

He was introducing his team. The part of the video where they wouldn’t shake his hand has been altered...wonder if someone in Russia still has that video. It is the first part of this video...you can see how it has been chopped.
