Wrong. Obama's campaign committee released a copy of a Hawaiian "Certification of Life Birth", not a "Birth Certificate". BIG DIFFERENCE!

Indeed, a certificate of live birth cannot be used to get a driving permit for a 16 year old. You have to use a Birth Certificate for that or so I have heard.
