The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office, World Net Daily is reporting.

This action might just make things much worse for Obama.

Government interfering in private industry - again?
It’s not the Military, it;s most likely politically appointed sand crabs.
When he’s in Leavenworth he won’t be able to come to work anyway.
Unfortunately for him this is a longstanding law. If you sue the Armed Services you cannot work for a government contractor. His lawyer should have so advised him. Apparently, he had volunteered to go to Afganistan so a lawsuit was not even necessary. He could have un-volunteered. Sounds like he got bad legal advice.
