Early poll release this morning from Gallup on who is leading, but it's early...

Perhaps but I remember many, many vows that people would NEVER vote for McCain.....but look what happened.
Willard "I am Myth" "Brutus" Romney THREW Election2008
"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"
"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"
"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"
Never gonna happen.
At the speed and rate 0bama is moving, there will only be on political party.
Welcome to the press picking our candidate for us AGAIN!
I thought Romney was a better choice than McCain in the 2008 primaries. But I would not support Romney now - he’ll just be a foil to Obama’s reelection.
(No need to argue whether McCain or Romney was better, or less bad, in 2008. If I start crying over the 2008 field I will ruin everyone’s day!)
It’s his suit man ~ the “suit” with a “suit”.
I remember it too but I had already accepted that I would vote for McCain after he and 0bama had clinched the nominations. The only thing that would have kept me from doing so would have been if McCain had chosen Romney for a running mate.
I will never vote for Romney and I don't give a rats ass who is running against him on the democrat ticket. I will vote third party or write in a name.
F.R.'s own Jim Thompson would be a good name to write in.
Another quote from Churchill (a man who helped create the British welfare state), presumably by always choosing the “best alternative option.”
Gallup is polling democRATs to find out which Republican they prefer, again.
To refuse to vote for the “lesser of two evils” puts one in the position of support for the greater of the same two evils by the simple act of not standing in the way of the greater evils eventually triumph
Romney and Huckabee are completely unelectable and I have my doubts about Palin as well. If a leader does not emerge soon, Obama will skate easily to a second term. He will be virtually uncontested [much like his run for the U.S. Senate] unless someone steps up that this not in this list.
Oh yeah! RomneyCare is such a success, why not get him in The White House? GEEZ O CRIMEA NUTLY! He’s Obama-lite!
I will not vote for anyone but a true blue conservative. That ain’t Mitt.
Republican and”republican leaning” yeah those are all the guys who voted for McStupid in the primaries. They don’t tell you what the brewak down in between the two types. This leaves me to believe ( based on Gallup’s history) that it is skewed by at least 10 points towards those who are leaners
As I recall McCain LOST
I recall all the MittBots saying that Mitt had to do something about health care 'reform' in MA, that he would have been overridden by Dems had he vetoed it, so he tried to get some improvements in it before signing it. Fair enough argument. But that is completely sandbagged by the fact that Mitt still runs around and declares it to be a success, despite all evidence to the contrary. Which both undermines the MittBot argument and bolsters the Dem push for national health care deform.
So Mitt can go suck eggs. And his followers can kiss my pasty rump.
His favorables are still low, even lower than Huck’s. I mean for goodness sakes if you’re generating less enthusiasm than fat-again Huckabee— I have serious doubts about whether he has a legitimate chance against Obama.
Only 2 that I see.
