here is what a lot of conservatives are forgetting. do we want a smart communist on teh court? or do we want a stupid communist on the court?
those are our realistic choices now, so long as you know who is in the White House.
i think given that, it is better to have the stupid communist. that way, we have our guys to influence Kennedy and she will just predictably vote with the Dark Side. at least she won’t be swaying Kennedy or writing any amazing opinions.
