He’s really just saying that she should be more honest about her support for leftwing judicial activism from the bench, since the Democrats have the votes to cram her down on our throats anyway.
Can’t really argue with that — but I will add that if she were honest, at least there would be more obvious means of using her appointment *against* the Dems in future elections.
