OBAMA IS INTRODUCING MEDVED TO HIS OWN PEOPLE. He is not holding out a hand for a shake, he is saying “This is ...”

Does anyone have the ability to come up with names to go along with some of the faces on the receiving line in this video? The art of repeatedly throwing something at the wall and wishing it would stick is not really an art. Last week it was Obama checking out the rear end of some young thing in France when he was really turning around to help the girl standing behind him.
Is this a Russian delegation or the US delegation? Is this worth pursuing if it can't be proven one way or the other?

This video has been completely debunked. It has noting to do with handshaking. It is obvious that Obama is introducing the line to Medvedev - NOT ATTEMPTING TO SHAKE HANDS.

True or not, Obama clearly looks perturbed as he stopped in front of that one guy, hand extended and then hung there. His eyes even dropped to the guy’s hand as the pissed-off look comes over his face. Like he’d been “dissed” :-)
