Isn’t it funny how Peloozi gets caught in a lie, and the RAT in charge of the FBI puts the lie to her... but then, after letters from other RAT politicians, changes his story when the U-Know-What is about to hit the fan in regards to Peloozi... Nothing like political power being brought to bear.

I had a WaPo story dated October 28, 2001 detailing the program as proof the Dems were well aware of it, I even looked at it this morning and it was still there.

I read that story this morning... you are right, it was scrubbed today! What a bunch of commies! After I read the article I posted a sentence from it that was very interesting:

Under customary international law and Article 51 of the U.N. Charter, according to those familiar with the memo, taking the life of a terrorist to preempt an imminent or continuing threat of attack is analogous to self-defense against conventional attack.

So IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO KILL TERRORISTS WHO ARE PLOTTING TO KILL YOU!! Call it "assassination" or whatever you want. To the typical American that has red blood flowing through his veins this is called defending yourself and your fellow countryman!

Isn't it amazing, now we have the head of the CIA jumping on the "looney" band wagon with Pelosi and her followers! Americans need to wake up and see what these democrats are doing to our national security! Their "politics" are going to get more Americans killed with their stupidity.

Passed on Sept.18, 2001 Congress authorized President Bush to utilize the armed forces to target "persons" and not just nations.

It shows up in their archive search. The link is dead, but, bizarrely, so is every other link on that page. I don't think that this is a grand WaPo conspiracy.

I've been out of the loop on this issue for a few days -- last I heard they hadn't said exactly what the program was, though I did see CNN's coverage pointing out that the program was never even initiated, as close as CNN is likely to come to admitting that this is much ado about absolutely nothing. Is there coverage on the precise nature of this CIA program?
