This is incredible video. Obama extends his hands to shake and is snubbed by Russian diplomats. And look at his reaction. Like a child who had his kickball taken by a bully. Amazing that this was never reported by the mainstream media. What you heard from the American media was how much the Russians loved Barack.

We’ve got a couple of other threads going on this already, and it does look like Obama is introducing the man to the people in line, using gestures with his hand, so I’d be careful about getting too hyped on this.
