Some fun facts:
President's Obama's Secretary of Homeland Security has already fingered people who dislike the federal government and/or the President and military veterans as potential terrorists 1.I am a veteran, I dislike the federal government, and I oppose the president's policies.
The recent cyber-bullying bill passed by the House (HR 1966) makes it a crime to "[transmit] in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior"; violators "shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both" 2.I regularly post my opinions online, some of which might be considered "severe, repeated, and hostile behavior".
U.S. 2nd Circuit Court Judge Sonia Sotomayor, president Obama's nominee for the vacant seat on the U.S., thinks that when rendering a decision at law, a "wise Latina woman [sic] with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life" because "inherent physiological or cultural differences" mean that "our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging" 3.Since I oppose racism, I guess I'm on her enemies list, too.In other words, Judge Sotomayor believes that a wise woman of Hispanic heritage is superior at reaching conclusions in a question of constitutional law due to her "inherent physiological or cultural differences" from persons of other ethnic backgrounds . In other words, she's a racist ( = someone who believes in racial superiority ).
The question is: are they going to come for me on the basis of my politics, or because I hurt someone's feelings on the Internet? And when I'm tried, can I expect justice from a judge who's opinion may be based more upon his or her "inherent physiological or cultural differences" from me than on, you know, the law?
As a monarchist, American politics do not substantially concern me. I know that our system of popular government will eventually collapse, just as every other attempt at popular government has collapsed. All I have to do is wait. When the Big Smash comes, the natural hierarchy of human society will reappear, and we'll have kings again. Until then, I intend to stay out of politics (and activism). It's more fun to watch the American people and the gangsters that rule them struggle for the wheel of the SS DEMOCRACY as it sinks.
However, I would prefer to watch the wreck from the comfort of my own right-wing, gun-clinging Christian lifeboat, not from inside the federal Supermax in Terra Haute -- or, worse, from some old stadium somewhere surrounded by barbed wire like Harry Dean Stanton. Only by refusing to budge
ONE F_____G INCH
on the sanctity of human life will we see the Smash through without a Stalinist-style crackdown. To that end I will continue to speak out against elected officials (of any party) who support the dehumanization of people on the basis of age, utility to society, mental capacity, or any other reason.

P.S. Someone needs to tell the wise Judge Sotomayor that the phrase "Latina woman" is redundant. That's what the "a" on the end is there for, Your Honor.
Hey B-Chan! Haven’t caught any of your postings in a while. I’m happy to know that you’re still around.
Good luck with the Bitpig Rant. I’ll be watching for future installments. You sure nailed Ms Latina with this one!
Latina man?
My point exactly.
Well, I have a toddler... and thus little time for ranting these days. Thanks for reading!
Yeah, you know...
LATINO man.
LATINA woman.
Don't you think the most qualified of all might be a wise Latina lesbian woman transvestite trapped in the body of a white Anglo-Saxon male?
Oh, my bad.
A bit impossible, linguistically speaking.
Yeah, I know. That's why I wrote that bit about the phrase "Latina woman" being redundant and the reason the "a" is there on the end of the word.
Congratulations and good luck with the toddler! They are busy little creatures, I know for a fact!
