Yep, this chart really doesn't tell us anything.
The only presidents who didn't get reelected (JFK almost certainly would have won in 1964, he was far more popular than LBJ and LBJ won in a landslide) were Carter and GHWB and their numbers were higher than several who were reelected.
The ONLY numbers that matter will be the ones three years from now.
