Here is video of President Obama and Michelle meeting with Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican today. They took no questions, but officials said the two had a spirited discussion on a wide-range of issues. everything about her is tacky and disgusting, esp the “how-do-you-like-me-NOW?” smirk.
With all of her heart she probably wanted to break down the tradition of dressing respectfully when meeting the Pope-but knew with the falling popularity numbers back home and the millions of Catholics around the world who would hate for her to wear her monster arms outfits with tight waist and wide hip stresses in front of their beloved leader.
She gave in.
Good.
She needs to do a little more of that, even when it does not benefit her or her rabid nutcase hsb.

I’m not one to jump on the “he’s a muslim” bandwagon, but it does look like she’s dressing for Saudi Arabia instead of the Vatican.

Why would you say that? She has a veil on which is perfectly proper and her outfit was proper too. I think it was very respectful. I am not a fan of either of them but...I will come to her defense with what she wore today in the presence of the Pope. She did well and looked nice and appropriate for the meeting with the Head of the Catholic church.
Not to mention the fact that she’s wearing black. It looks like she was dressing for a funeral.
Protocol states that modest black clothing and a veil be worn by women when meeting with the Pope.
as a pastor he no doubt felt it his duty to reach out to Barack, though I’m afraid he did not find a receptive audience.
For once she is properly dressed.

None of the other women in the picture were wearing a veil.

Face it, she’s not going to make many fashion points with Conservatives. She’s a kind of “in your face, whitey” fashionista.

Really? I was taught modest dress was appropriate. No one ever told me I had to wear black and a veil.
I still see women veiled like Michelle. I surprised that zero wasn’t wearing a tubeteika in his subtle way of having it both ways.
The only time I’ve seen a woman veiled in a Catholic church has been a bride at her wedding. Hats, yes; short veils in the front, yes; but never black, and never all the way down a woman’s back.
